House rules

1. Check-in is from 4:00 PM, check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability.

Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning services are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.

2. According to Sections 29 and 30 of the Registration Act (MG), we are required to provide a registration form for every non-German guest staying with us. Therefore, by booking, you agree to complete our registration form during online check-in if you are not a German citizen.

3. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not allowed, including on balconies or in common areas (e.g. hallways).

Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of 250 euros plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair.

4. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night for each unauthorized guest.

6. Animals are not allowed. We charge a fee of €250 plus any additional costs incurred for any unauthorized animals. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

7. Internet access may not be used for illegal downloads or uploads. You are responsible and liable for all files you download or upload during your stay.

8. Guests are responsible and liable for the costs of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits.

9. Noise level monitoring systems may be installed in apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

10. Guests are liable for damages and losses (theft). If something is accidentally broken, please contact us immediately. It's not a big deal! We're all only human and accidents happen. In case of theft, legal action will be taken. In general, we ask all guests to make themselves at home and to treat the furnishings with care. They have been specially selected for your comfort, so that you can enjoy your stay and have fond memories.

11. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.

Cancellation policy

You can withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be in writing.

If the guest cancels from the day of booking up to 14 days before the start of the rental period (check-in at 4 pm on the day of arrival), they will receive 100% of the total price back.

In case of cancellation 14 to 3 days before the start of the rental period (check-in at 4 pm on the day of arrival), the guest will receive 50% of the total price back.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before check-in (4 pm), you will be charged the full price of the trip.
