This stylish timber-framed house, with its charming beams and exposed natural stone walls, offers high-quality furnishings and space for up to 16 guests in three separate apartments (two with six beds each, one with four beds).

To make you feel right at home, we've provided all the amenities you need. Start your day with a delicious Nespresso coffee or a warm tea in one of the three kitchens. The kitchens are fully equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and everything else you need to prepare delicious meals. You'll also find plenty of coffee capsules, a variety of teas, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and sugar in the kitchen. The dining tables in the kitchens are large enough for all apartment guests to comfortably gather for meals, brunch, games, and more. The dining table in Apartment 2 on the first floor extends to 3.00 x 1.10 m, providing ample space for all guests.

For a truly restful sleep, three bedrooms feature a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), and two additional bedrooms offer a comfortable queen-size bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). Each of the three living rooms includes a comfortable sofa bed (two measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m, one measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m) with either a luxury topper or a slatted frame and mattress. All beds are furnished with hotel-quality bedding. The bedrooms are equipped with soundproof blackout curtains, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Each bedside table has plenty of electrical outlets and USB charging ports for your smartphone. Wardrobes and clothes racks with wooden hangers and multiple compartments are provided for your clothing.

Each apartment includes a travel cot with a mattress, available for your free use.

If you'd like to work, each apartment also has a desk/writing desk. And of course, you can use our high-speed Wi-Fi free of charge.

In the three living rooms, you can relax and unwind in front of the 55" Samsung HD TVs with Netflix, Magenta TV, and RTL+.

Each apartment has a bright bathroom with a shower or bathtub, which has been newly renovated or partially renovated. There is an additional toilet with natural light on the ground floor. Of course, we provide fresh towels and amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, body wash, and a hairdryer.

If you have laundry, you can wash and dry it in the washing machine and dryer. The necessary detergents are provided free of charge. You can also use the iron and ironing board to get your clothes wrinkle-free.

In the courtyard, you can relax in the seating area and reflect on the day with a glass of Palatinate wine.

A picnic table and benches are available for your use in the courtyard, free of charge.  You are also welcome to use your own grill.

The train station is 700 meters away and can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

Kandel is located directly on the A65 motorway, which provides quick access to Karlsruhe (15 minutes), Landau (20 minutes), and Neustadt an der Weinstraße (30 minutes).

Guest Access:

You have the entire house with its three apartments at your disposal.  Access is contactless via a key safe.
